ALL ORDERS SHIP FROM NEW YORK VIA USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE — TYPICALLY 2–5 BUSINESS DAYS. FREE ON ORDERS $100 AND UP.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BY USPS AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

ALL ORDERS ARE CAREFULLY PREPARED AND PROCESSED BY OUR SMALL TEAM. WE HAVE A STANDARD 7 BUSINESS DAYS MINIMUM PROCESS TIME FOR YOUR ORDER(S).

IF ALL ITEMS ON YOUR ORDER(S) ARE ON HAND AND AVAILABLE/IN-STOCK, PROCESSING TIME MIGHT BE LESS THAN THE 7 DAY ALLOTMENT.

 

CANCELLATION

ORDER(S) MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON PLACEMENT.

 

LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED THROUGH SHIPPING

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE ORDER(S) ARE SHIPPED. RESPONSIBILITY TRANSFERS TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

PLEASE INFORM US THROUGH EMAIL (SHOP@ENDEAREST.COM) AND INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIPMENT WAS MARKED DELIVERED.

STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AS LONG AS PROOF OF LOST/DAMAGED WAS DOCUMENTED AND SUBMITTED TO US, AND THE USPS CLAIM IS APPROVED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING-RELATED REMEDIES ARE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT, AS THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OCCURS IN TRANSIT AND IS THE CARRIER'S RESPONSIBILITY — NOT A PRODUCT ISSUE ON OUR END. THIS IS SEPARATE FROM OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY.

 

DEFECTIVE

IF YOUR ORDER(S) ARRIVES DEFECTIVE OR HAS A QUALITY ISSUE, PLEASE SEND US PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF THE DEFECT INCLUDING YOUR ORDER NUMBER THROUGH EMAIL  (SHOP@ENDEAREST.COM) NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIPMENT WAS MARKED DELIVERED.

FOR ANY VERIFIED DEFECT, WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE (ITEM WITH SAME VALUE) AT NO EXTRA COST. SHIPPING FOR REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE WILL ALSO BE COVERED BY US.
