CANCELLATION

ORDER(S) MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON PLACEMENT.

LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED THROUGH SHIPPING

WE HIGHLY SUGGEST PURCHASING SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES ONCE ORDER(S) ARE SHIPPED. RESPONSIBILITY TRANSFERS TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY.

WE WILL ONLY HONOR A LOST/DAMAGED CLAIM SUBMITTED IF INSURANCE WAS PURCHASED WITH SHIPPING.

DEFECTIVE

IF YOUR ORDER(S) ARRIVES DEFECTIVE OR HAS A QUALITY ISSUE, PLEASE SEND US PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF THE DEFECT THROUGH EMAIL (SHOP@ENDEAREST.COM) NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR SHIPMENT WAS MARKED DELIVERED.

FOR ANY VERIFIED DEFECT, WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE (ITEM WITH SAME VALUE) AT NO EXTRA COST. SHIPPING FOR REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE WILL ALSO BE COVERED BY US.
